I have been using parkway cleaners for about 5 years now. While I have noticed a steady increase in prices, these increases are in line with overall rises in costs since Covid. The service has always been very good, the clothing is always cleaned and ready when promised. They can work with you at times if you need items sooner. Looking forward to continuing to rely on them for all of my dry cleaning needs including blankets and coats.

Very pricey but premium standard on white shirts. Stain removal on suits..... not good. They faded the colors. The cheap regular service they offer is basically regular laundry.

Find another cleaner!!! They have horrible customer service. I asked for a paid in full receipt and the woman says they don’t give receipts...I insist of course and start complaining about their awful customer service she then turned her face giving me her back and put her had in my face!!! I knew right then this was my last time. Not to mention all this started because I went to have men’s shirts laundered for $1.50 as advertised. Since I have done this in the past I didn’t even think to look at the receipt. The day I’m suppose to pick them up I pull out my reciept and see it’s $55.00 that means instead of $1.50 it’s $5.00 a shirt!!! Thinking it’s a mistake I call them and he said I ASKED for drycleaning! In their computer system they changed all my previous visits to say I’ve always requested dry cleaning. They rather lie to cover their mistake and lost a customer. Find another cleaners!!!

I needed a jumpsuit hemmed and I decided to have it done here. The woman who helped me was very sweet. She made sure I liked the length before pinning it. A little more expensive than I typically pay but it came out straight and worked well with my shoes.

They always do a great job and reasonably priced. My shirts always come out looking great.
