“I typically visit the lindenhurst ups store location, which I am not a fan of. The woman who is usually there is nasty and always yelling. At this location i was greeted warmly by a young lady and a young gentleman who helped me make my return and send my package out. I didn’t get their names, the one was a young gentleman with brown hair and the young lady had black hair and glasses. Thank you to both of them for making my experience here welcoming. I will be back!”

“Store 5362 has such a nice , happy helpful and efficient group of employees. I stand there in awe of how easily they all do their job so well. They go out of their way to make sure they take care of you. It's not just for returning amazon. My husband had trouble scanning something and I couldn't print a newsday article. Both were complicated but this specific store is unbelievable... every time I go there. They work effortlessly and seem to really enjoy what they do. You must see it for yourself. They serve you like a five star restaurant , if you can understand that. Great team .Thank you”

“The staff was so helpful. I was sending a package to my son in Buffalo and couldn’t be sure if anyone would be home when the package arrived. I didn’t want the package to get wet or stolen while on the front porch. The associate who helped me explained that I could send to a UPS Store in Buffalo and suggested I call the Buffalo store to make sure that they would be able to receive the package and have my son pick it up for a small fee.”

“I was in the store on 9/4/24, and there was an overwhelmed customer with large boxes very upset by what sounds like a "run-around" from the company she was trying to return her packages to. The poor lady was brought to tears, but I was so impressed to watch as 2 employees at the Baylon store helped her so much, I thought they deserved to be recognized for their efforts! The gentleman put her large boxes on a dolly and got a chair for her to sit down, while the woman behind the counter was so patient and caring, in addition to doing a fantastic job of figuring out the return, her customer service (even offering some water) was wonderful to see!! Nice to see such compassion!!”

“I have been using the UPS store at this location for years. I have never stood online for more than five minutes. I do make it my business to be at the store a couple of minutes after it open for business. I haven’t had anyone rude to me, but they’re very businesslike. I am probably at this location at least once a week to send back my AMAZON packages.”
