Did walk-in X-ray at approx 2:40 P.M. Staff was efficient and personable. The tech, Diane, was knowledgeable, efficient and personable. I was out within the hour.

My Mammography appt was at 830 am, then sonogram at 945 then dexa bone density at 1030 This is absurd aĺ 3 appts are.normally consecutively and I am.done in 1 hour!!! Get your scheduling correct.The girls were wonderful and slipped me in btn their scheduled patients. But this terrible. And most of all when I scheduled.my appt no one told me they were 1 hour apart!!!Scheduling department needs improvement!!!!

Staff was wonderful!!! Very courteous and caring. The front desk girl, I believe her name is Bindi, or Bedi went out of her way to obtain a script from my Primary ?. The technician that did my mammogram was excellent too,? Laurie.

My experience today at Lenox Hill Radiology was pleasant. I arrived before my check in time. I was taken in a few minutes before my appointment. It was a great experience, highly recommended.

The medical staff was friendly and patient as these kinds of exams can be quite stressful.However...the receptionist should not loudly ask for your date of birth,address and other identifiable information when other patients are in the waiting area.
