Absolutely incompetent staff and Disgusted with the quality of work done on my car. I trusted them with my car despite the poor reviews but they proved me wrong. I paid about 1600 to fix loud noise comes when pressing the break peddle. A few days later the problem return.
I wish there is away to give them back the parts they clamed to install and get back my money.

My wife got a flat tire and came here to get it replaced. She also wanted an oil change. The only replacement tire they could get was $250. With the oil change it came to $450 total. They did not provide an itemized receipt.

Stay away at all costs, tried to charge me almost $300 for 2 garbage Walmart tires. You could go anywhere else and get a better price, and they clearly have no concern for the customers well being. Those tires are $40 each at Walmart

I desperately needed an oil change, and pulled in to Louie's shop.
For the past year I have had nightmare experiences with mechanics in general. I immediately felt a sincere and ethical vibe from Louie. Is it any wonder my car got 43 mpg on the highway, and 36 mpg local that following week!? I've never got that kind of milage on my car in the past! After any oil change!
I would not be shocked to know past mechanics probably never even changed the oil filter? Is this a coincidence, I don't think!
Louie will be my go to guy in the future!

Im so disappointed in this establishment. Its pouring rain outside and I was driving and got a flat tire. Im not familiar with this area but saw that there was a Firestone at the next light(which I was already driving on this flat) I pulled in and all the garage doors were open and the lights said open as well. I proceeded to walk inside where a woman asked how can she help. I told her I was driving and heard my tire go flat. She walked away and came back and told me that she couldnt help bc they were “already” closed and running on over hours. They were “busy”. There was ONE car in the garage. I asked her if she could please help bc I have a flat and dont know where else to go and she said leave it her till monday(its saturday) to fix the flat. Are you kidding? I asked for the address so I can see about roadside or tow and she didnt give it to me. I walked back to my car and sat there for another 30mins or so and they just watched me and my flat. Not even offering a suggestion.
I found a tire place up the road that DIDNT turn me away and helped in a drop of a dime. I understand your closed(which I didnt know bc I was driving and just saw the lights and stuff on) but you clearly see my tire is shot and its pouring rain and 231 is busy and not safe especially when your car isnt working to its fullest potential, and you couldnt just give a second to help? Thats what i dont like.
If your looking for compassion or help, this is the last place you’ll find it.

Bad customer service. I know about cars. I fix and maintain my own cars and was told multiple things had to fixed before being able to pass inspection. Turns out I just needed to replace my wipers. And they took off my previous sticker without asking, so I was stuck getting them replaced there and charged for a new inspection. I would not recommend this place. They will try to get every buck out of you that they can.

Extremely rude and poor customer service. The lady at the front desk is very nasty. They have no signs saying that the regular Firestone card is not acceptable here because they aren’t a corporate store. I am a first time customer (and last) and won’t work with me on payments.
