Cherry Tree Cleaners (in Deer Park) shut their doors on 8/31 without prior warning.At least the store owner left a note on the window that they have moved their business to Dutch Girl Cleaners.Fortunately, I was able to retrieve my beloved pair of khakis.Cherry Tree Cleaners' former owner told me that she is now partnered with Dutch Girl Cleaners.I don't know how to rate the partnership because I have not yet used them, so I will give them a satisfactory rating (two stars).

DONOT GO HERE. They over charge you for alterations, give you other customers shirts and not willing to reimburse you for what they lost. Not being accountable or apologizing. I’ve spend on an average of $400.00 a month here. NOT ANY LONGER. Deer Park Cleaners is cheaper and much better for alterations since I had to have my clothes redone. Got home and Dutch Girl didn’t do anything plus lost my dress shirt.

This dry cleaners is really great. The woman who owns it alwsys greets you with a smile. I always bring my clothing there and everything turns out great. Also i brought them curtains that had a stain and i was afraid they had to be thrown out and they amazingly cleaned them perfectly.

I don’t trust this business. Their pricing is sketchy and prices are not clearly posted. I asked how much to have a winter coat cleaned, was given a price, but when I brought the item later in the day the price suddenly increased without reason.

I've been coming to this cleaner for a very long time. My experience with them has been nothing but good! I haven't had anything negative to say but if I were to complain about one thing, it's possibly the price.Depending on what you may bring in of course, I do feel that the amount they charge can be expensive. However, besides the price, I do rely on this cleaner for whenever I need my suits dried and pressed.Let me point out one last thing too! Recently I had dropped off a group clothes when I heard an upset customer complaining that they had not finished with his order after 2 weeks. It sounded like he dropped off a simple coat and if that was really the case, I'd react the same way too. No one should have to wait that long unless they were backed up in orders. If that's the case, I hope they do mention late orders in case we were given a time frame.My recommendation before ever going to pick up an order, is to call them the same day and see if it is ready for pick up. That way no time is wasted going there. It could be ready for that same day but maybe at a different hour.That's my review on the Cleaners!
