Went here on accident looking to fix the hdmi port on my PS5. The customer service was exceptional , I went in there having some before try to fix my hdmi and it was unsuccessful. The owner fixed my ps5 hdmi and other additional things that were broken on my board. He is a honest and very helpful person. I would 100% recommend this store to anyone.

We have been to this store a few times and have been nothing but 110% happy and very satisfied. This particular time we came to him when my husband's phone port was broken and our carrier said it could not be fixed. They wanted us to buy another one since this one was old. We did but unfortunately they said we will loose all our information and they could not retrieve it. We did not stop there. We went directly to this store and with time and patience the owner was able to get every bit of information from our old phone by fixing it. I can't say enough about the kindness and sincerity that the owner showed us. We are both self employed and we WILL be referring him to everyone we come in contact with!!! He treated us like family. THANKS AGAIN! GREAT JOB !!!!

If you ever need an iPhone repair this is the place to come. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff helped us in less than 15 minutes. They troubleshot first at no charge and made sure the phone was viable before repairing it. Great experience after an unfortunate one.

If I could give Digitcom more than 5 reviews I would!!! I received great customer service from the gentleman at the store. He fixed multiple issues, along with screens and couldn’t have been friendlier! Def check out Digitcom! I promise you won’t be disappointed!!

Whenever I have Apple IPhone issues, the go-to place is Digitcom. The knowledge & service by the staff is superior, turnaround time is quick & prices are reasonable. Gives us such a confident feeling that we have a place to go to to help us ‘Johnny in the spot’! Thanks, Digitcom!!!! ??

Ben is the best! I have been to Digitcom several times now and will continue to go back, It is so nice to have a personable, trustworthy, and reliable computer/phone/tech guy. He always explains what he is doing and gives advice in the customers best interest, even if that means he is not benefiting financially. You can tell Ben loves what he does and wants to please his customers as well as offer them new knowledge about their appliances! Can’t recommend enough

This guy is a life saver! I recently just experienced my external hard drive getting fully corrupted and had to take it to a big box store near me. I was told my issue would take upwards of 4 weeks to fix and an unbelievable amount of money. I thought that was nonsense and took my hard drive here to see if it would be any better. In a matter of hours I was receiving updates on my hard drive taking me step by step how they will try and recover my files. A few days later and I now have all my files back. Every hard drive issue will be very different but the customer service was top tier and made me feel like my issue was very important to them. 10/10, I highly recommend taking any tech issues here, great service, little to no wait time.
