Bright Bay Mazda Service is absolutely excellent. They bend over backwards to help and satisfy you. I never bought a Mazda before but I’m sure glad I have one now. They make you feel like family

I asked if the phone wires were all they had, she said yes. Crazy gouging, $20+ for a $6 wire, it's not even this bad in the interstate rest stops. Saw a sign for $1 nuts, asked if there was a limit, annoyed she tells me I have to read the sign they aren't a dollar, scoffing at me, I look to the fine print, the deal expires 7/11/22, today is 8/17/22, clearly false advertising coming down from this employees boss. This 7-elevens franchise license and business practices should be audited. I bought cigarettes and took my other $25 in business to another store.

Rude staff, I used the app in every store with not problems for everything I pay with the mobile checkout and I used the app today is this play because a forget the cash and I have automatically 20 dollar in the app everything when it need money and When I going pay the products I buy with the mobile checkout they tell me I can pay quite the mobile checkout because they not used any machine only I can pay with card or cash, this place need new people or new manager and they need start used the machines every stores used

It really does smell in there anyway I was trying to get a cup of ice and the guy rang it up $1.84... I said that's gotta be a mistake he replied they charge for cups here, either it's true or he's incompetent

Rude staff, don't offer cash back on debit transactions. Store was disgusting, floor was sticky and bags were strewn about. All the coffee was old, either cold or burned. I hope the health inspector gives them a surprise visit.

Came in for free slurpee day, I didn't know free slurpees ended after 7. So after my long day at work I walked in, got a small cup and walked to the counter. Smiling, i said, "Free right?" And this tired old hag working at the front looked me up and down with the side eye and snapped "No!" I said "Well I guess it's good that I asked then". She then talked back saying "You didn't see the signs outside?!"." Wow she really seems to hate her job. What a lovely lady. I still bought the slurpee because I didn't want to waste it, unfortunately. :(
