“I love Gap. I love the clothing and the brand. This store is always offering sales. If you sign up for their email, you'll get even more discounts. Better yet, if you get a credit card with them then you'll get triple the savings. They offer clothes for men, women, and children. They have clearance racks. Their clothes are good quality too!”

The owner, Peter, is gracious and accommodating. He runs his business the way a Main Street business should be run by listening and caring for his customers.”
“I had a couple coupons so I went to browse but wasn’t really planning to buy at the time. A sale rep greeted me and check in off and on as I told her I was just browsing. I ended up buying some stuff and I told her I left my phone in car with my $20 coupon. I received a survey and gave a great review because of this reps customer service. Today I came home and I got a thank you card from the rep (now I know her name is Karen). She remembered our interaction 100%. This is so rare now a days and much appreciated by me.”
“Writing a review here because I couldn’t find one on the receipt where it used to be! I had such a phenomenal experience today shopping at Hot Topic! I went in today looking for earrings to pair with my outfit for a very special event next weekend. Right away when I walked in the person dressed in all white (On my receipt it says their name is Ginni) greeted me and told me about all the deals going on! So because of this, I ended up grabbing a few extra things! If they didn’t tell me about the deals, I would have never grabbed extra accessories! From there I saw this awesome hoodie all the way up on the top hanging up. I said to my friend “I wish I could reach that.” Then out of nowhere here comes Ginni coming in clutch saving the day! They grabbed them all down and helped me pick out the best one for me while having an awesome conversation with me. From there I went to check out and Kylie ended my stop at Hot Topic beautifully! I would also like to note that even though the store was busy, not a single shirt was messed up on the walls. They all kept on top of it and it looked perfect with that classic ‘Hot Topic’ fold the entire time! I went in looking to buy earrings. I left with earrings, a necklace, hair accessories, and a hoodie. Thank you to everyone there, you were all fantastic! Much love - Taylor Destroy ??”

“We have a plus size teenage daughter who is still trying to find her style and is starting high school in a few weeks. As such, shopping has always brought anxiety and stress and back to school shopping was dreaded in our household. Yesterday we wondered into Buckle in Crossgates Mall and had the best experience thanks to the wonderful individuals who assisted us. Upon walking in we were greeted by Tony. We explained that we were letting our daughters look around so as to not cause extra anxiety. She understood the assignment and was so gracious with us. She introduced us to Kendrick (a literal God sent). Both Tony and Kendrick guided our daughter through the store, suggested items that we would’ve never suggested, and took time to look around the store for items she might try. When she didn’t fit into the regular sizes, Kendrick instilled faith in us (literally pulled me aside and told us he got us and that he would not destroy her confidence) that we would find pieces for her to try. Tony and Kendrick suggested the Gabby jeans and 93s which fit her so well, she NEVER wears denim but LOVED the fit. We left in tears with multiple items that our daughter loved. Most importantly, they built her confidence, and made her feel accepted and included in this space. We are incredibly grateful for their patience and commitment to assisting their customers. We highly recommend Kendrick as a lead and truly believe he needs a raise ?”

Her services were affordable, $65 for the two items combined, yet her experience is evident. We felt welcomed and at ease leaving her shop. She even offered a tutorial after hearing I had difficulty removing the salwar top. Thanks so much for helping us look the part for our cousin’s wedding.”

“I went to the Carhartt store in Crossgates Mall, Albany to buy some pants. I found a pair in my size and needed another. Jackie offered to help me, There was not another pair in my size in stock so she showed me a different style that I liked better. While she was ringing up my purchases I changed my mind about the color of one pair so she created a refund and charged it again. Jackie was so cheerful and helpful. She answered all my questions. “My family and I own a dry cleaner, we have been pressing shirts for over 4 decades and without a doubt llbean button downs are the HIGHEST quality shirt money can buy. We’ve seen it all, dry rotted, rips, missing buttons and not yet one bad llbean shirt. Don’t waste your money anywhere else just grab an llbean and you will not regret it!
