Went in to the salon at 4:30pm on a Thursday. After walking past the sandwich-board sign stating "walk-ins welcome" and entering a completely empty salon, an employee emerged from the back asking how she could help us. Asked for a wash and cut. Was told sorry, she is all booked for the evening and that they only take appointments when it is so close to a holiday because they have no staff (Christmas is on Monday). Was told I could try again tomorrow but I should probably call ahead. Left and ordered a Starbucks from across the lot and noticed 20 minutes later that the salon was still empty. That's all I have to say about that.
