My review is late but here it is. I moved in during the early stages. If you plan to move here with toddlers, don't get the top-floor units. Your neighborhood downstairs will submit a noise complaint due to the poor insulation. There is NOTHING you can do to keep your active toddler from running and being themselves. I remember calling the office to inquire about the noise complaint. I believe Pam was the one who advised me to " I DONT KNOW, BUY A CARPET AND TAKE YOUR CHILD OUT". I felt terrible when she told me this. The entire experience wasn't great. The gym at the time wasn't completed and there was no feeling of a community. This place is great if you are 50 and over. The only good thing about living at Rivers was the view and maintenance crew. Oh, the building I lived in always smelled like Weed.

I moved into Building 24 in August 2022. I literally thank God every day for guiding me to make this decision. Luizzi Property Management is extraordinary. When I believed, at my “senior” age, that it was prudent to give up my home of 37 years in the interest of safety (stairs, shoveling snow and ice, maintenance, etc.), there were a few nice choices to consider locally for apartment dwelling.Although budget was a consideration, Rivers Ledge far outweighed any other option I investigated – one of them also new construction. There is no comparison when it comes to the unique layout of the RL complex itself, and especially the quality features in each apartment. In a word . . . Luxurious!If I had stayed in my home and “updated” it to come even close to here, I would have spent a fortune, and I still would have been left with stairs to navigate for laundry, sidewalk and driveway to shovel, ice to chop and routine repairs.Here, I have NONE OF THAT!!!! The only thing I must do is replace the refrigerator filter every 6 months. I rarely need to contact maintenance, but when I have required assistance, response is almost immediate and thorough.I have a little dog that I walk daily, and it’s such a blessing to have a beautiful setting that is well lit, safe at night, and peaceful. No city cracked sidewalks or mundane boring, noisy, city blocks to walk. This is gorgeous whether I’m walking the River Front Park, the bike path, or the “loop” down toward the Community Garden and Fitness Center and back between apartment buildings. Even sitting in my own patio affords a beautiful view and such tranquility.When tenants missed our home gardens for flowers or vegetables, we inquired about the potential to have a community garden. We were heard! We didn’t just get a plot of dirt to do our planting. We have a lovely fenced area with raised beds and water sources in a pretty setting near the pond at one end of the complex. That is “customer service” at its finest! And you can’t compete with this view, the sunsets, the security, the friendly neighbors, the birds chirping and Eagles soaring.The benefits of the “Amenities & Features” speak for themselves. I’m looking forward to enjoying the pool and grills next year.Living here makes me smile and count my blessings every day.

I have lived at Rivers Ledge Apartments for seven months and love everything about this place. It is the first time that I have lived in an apartment but after my husband passed away-I wasn’t able to take care of a big house. I have the best location, the best neighbors and the best office managers. I recently filled out a maintenance order and found it easy to find and follow the directions. This is important to me because I am older and sometimes find computers very intimidating.I requested that I would like to add another hanging rod for my clothes and wanted to change the height of one of the shelves. I filled out on the form that there was no rush. The next day, Ben-one of the maintenance worker-stopped in with the hanging rod. This was excellent service-especially when I wrote that there was no need to rush.Ben was very careful with my clothes that were in the area he needed to work on. Ben asked if he should move them or would I prefer to move them myself. Ben made sure not to disturb the other items that I had my closet. This made a great impression on me and my closet looks great.Before he left, Ben made sure that I was happy with the changes he made. And I couldn’t be happier with the changes Ben made-but most of all-I was happy with him. Professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.
