Couldnt figure out how to string my Ego trimmer when I walked in Jessiel was so helpful. He strung the trimmer for me with a smile. You dont see this kind of old fashioned customer service any more! Thank you Jessiel for being so helpful. If you want an amazing hardware store with old fashioned customer service THIS is the place to go!

I've been to this location a few times and always appreciate its inventory, but I wanted to specifically call out the service of Jason yesterday. I came in right when they were closing and had my three kids with me. He went above and beyond to help us out for what was just a simple errand. Highly recommend.

Of all the times I’ve shopped there (the latest was today) I have never been greeted with a hello nor have I ever been asked if I needed help, employees give off an unapproachable vibe. However, it’s conveniently located to my home.
