Sales department was very helpful in my concerns and needs. The service department has a lot to be desired. I dropped my camper for issues from the manufacturer (Grand Design), on the 20 of August, and could not talk directly to the service department; of all the messages I left they only answered the first one. I finally personally went to check on it, about 3 weeks later, and ended up bringing home the camper with only one issue resolved (I hope). The lady in the service department was unapologetic about the communication problem, blaming me for not being available to take a message. After verifying my phone number with her, I asked to see the manager and had a conversation with him about the service rendered, to which he assured me the solution to their service problem was in the works.

We are first time RV owners. Dan B. our salesman was outstanding in every way. He explained everything we needed to know. He was very patient in all the questions we had. He found us the perfect camper and all we had to do was tell him what we were looking for. Everyone we interacted with were very professional and accommodating.
Jim, the hitch guy, took the time to set up and explain the hitch process. Steve O. went through the whole camper demo and explained everything we needed to know. Jan was very knowledgeable for parts and what we needed to get started.
We would highly recommend Wilkins. The whole experience was extremely positive.

The sales department was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy like used car salesman. The service department was also spot on. Would highly recommend.

I wanted so badly to form a good relationship with these guys as I was dropping over $60k at their dealership on a new 5er. Unfortunately this is has not been the case after the sale was completed. I am hoping they will come around and do right, but I'm not holding my breath... on a positive note, we love our 5er and will upgrade to toyhauler in a few years... hopefully they can earn our business back.

Clean showroom friendly staff, easy to find location right off the interstate. Wouldn't go for parts unless you like paying a 50% markup like I did. Better off ordering what you need from Amazon.

We needed a part for our motorhome last week before we could return home. We called Wilkins parts department they went out of the way to locate it for us. Thank you so much the parts department were so wonderful.

I purchased a New Travel Trailer from this location less than a year ago, as soon as I parked my Travel trailer I noticed an issue with leaking water, called never received a response. I emailed, never received a response. I thought I fixed the issue my self, noticed this year same water issue, called and was told that I could not be helped because I would have to bring my camper in to have someone look at the repair, I was told by my sales rep that someone would come to my site to troubleshoot issues, now it's different. For such a large Dealer, it would make sense to have a tech available to come to someone's permanent site. Completely dissatisfied! Would not reccomend buying from here unless you plan on servicing your camper yourself!

I will say the receptionist is friendly when answering the phone but that is as far as you get. Multiple times my husband has called regarding a water leak in our camper. He was told someone would get back to us in 48 hours. For 3 wks we have been calling without a return call. We have sent texts, emails and phone calls. I understand this is a busy time of year....it is camping season and that is what we would like to do!!! This is the second leak. I was told this was an issue that this business has and now I see it first hand. Thanks for ruining the camping season. Will never buy from here again!

We purchased a new trailer and the entire staff was excellent! We started with Ashley at receptionist and she moved us to the sales team Brian the sales manager was awesome. Jason in finance explained everything & got us through all the paperwork quickly… Casey and CJ have helped us with everything needed with the trailer along with Steve, who walked us through the trailer and explained everything thoroughly. Excellent team work!

They seem to not honor there no money down programs.
When you say your interested in no money down they took the add down they had mentioned.

My travel trailer had a recall. CJ said it would take approximately one hour. I was there three hours. The job was not complete. The service technician look like he was on meth amphetamines left the tools in my camper and the outside cover is missing.
