My ring was discounted off the website and I called around to other Swarovski stores to try to find it and the outlet store was the only one that had it. I immediately called and got out through to Dawn Marie and she was beyond words. She found my ring made sure it was the right size and color and mailed it to me because I couldn’t make it out there.
