101 Old Falls St, Niagara Falls“I've done my share of event planning over the years from small one hour events to actual conferences, and I cannot say enough about how exceptional our experience here was! I have learned that hotels really nickel and dime you, and when you work for a non profit that takes a hit financially every time you run your big event every year, it gets kind of old. We had our room block across the street at the Sheraton and conference here. The location was perfect in the heart of Niagara Falls and a short walk to the falls. Tom, Kayla, Mark, and the staff we worked with could not do enough for us! The prices are reasonable, well more than reasonable if you're comparing them to an event at a hotel, the staff exceptional, and this place has everything you need for your event's needs! I highly recommend having your next event here.”
“I love coming down here with my 2 sons. They have food trucks & restaurants up & down the street . They have outdoor seating for some restaurants. They have a big chess game which is cool to play.Idk if they still have the big checkers or not to play . Big seats to Lounge in,There was a ping pong table that me, and the boys always played on ,Amongst other games to play on the sidewalk and a huge chalkboard for people to write things down on, but what they love about Niagara Falls . It's just a fun atmosphere whether you're just going there or if you're on your way to see the Falls or after you leave the fall sit down and just relax or just play some games or get something to eat.”

643 Rainbow Blvd, Niagara Falls“I've been a an titanium Elite member for approximately 15 years. When I approach the desk I was not recognized as a elite member. The lady was super nice and very kind. However if you're not greeted based on your status Marriott has a policy where they'll give you $50.
I had requested extra soap lotion towels and feather pillows. Of this request none of them were in the room.
I did request a late check out and when I checked in she did state that have been approved. The facilities overall were nice and comfortable and what I've come to expect from Fairfield properties.
Side note: in the breakfast area in the mornings it was mad chaos. Food was everywhere people were acting like animals. So to avoid from being in the "mosh pit", I avoided breakfast both mornings. Bless your employees hearts that they have to put up with that chaos and cleanup. They need a raise or something more than regular pay.
Overall my stay was pleasant just what I needed and I appreciate it.”

114 Buffalo Ave, Niagara Falls“Absolute top tier experience. My husband and I came to Niagara Falls to celebrate our wedding anniversary and always stay at IHG hotels when given the chance. We got a room on the first floor and were glad to be close to the restaurant and to the car. We were abruptly woken in the middle of the night by a group of unsupervised children banging on doors down our hallway. I called and spoke with someone at the front desk to let them know and was eventually able to go back to sleep. The next morning, I spoke with two wonderful ladies at the front desk. Even though Holiday Inn was at ZERO fault for what happened, they handled the situation with compassion and true professionalism. They upgraded our room to a suite, left a bottle of champagne (my favorite ?) with a note, and access to the VIP lounge. Talk about above and beyond experience. None of it was necessary, as again, they were at no fault for what happened but what a way to turn our bad night into something we will surely remember for a long time. Highly, highly recommend this hotel.”
“This is a wonderfully affordable place to let the kids run and bounce the day away, Play U is also good fun and is connected via an activity hallway that is filled with great things for the under 13 crowd.”
