I had a water line break on our pedestal sink just after midnight. Home Depot opened at 6 am. giant store but left empty handed. So arrived at Valu, Porter Rd. at 8 am. A Valu staff genius offered to assist me. In less than ten minutes I was out the door. My purchase installed so easily, no leaking. Valu is our go to store and today reminded me why. The level of service is stellar. The staff friendly, knowledge. Thank you for doing exactly what you do on the daily, awesome customer service! ❤️

Valu Center has great customer service. There's usually someone to greet you at the door to help u. They sell a multitude of products. Prices are reasonable.

I came in today with an issue with my weed wacker.. Mary helped me at first. She tried several things to help.. even went and looked at a new one. She had a customer at the register so Al came along. He was amazing! He had a similar problem and showed me how to fix it! Both of these employees were fantastic! Valu needs to compliment these two individuals for their amazing help!
