Since moving to the area almost two years ago, United Auto European has been servicing my car. They have been quite thorough in analyzing issues I was having with my car, able to schedule my service in a very timely fashion and have gone above and beyond to accommodate me with various issues I’ve had with scheduling, picking up my car and warranty related. Two services/repairs at this shop now. Both times, they communicated very well, got the car finished when they said and sent updates via text so the cost wasn't a surprise.I plan on using them going forward.

I went here for a brake job and the results were excellent. All of the employees there especially Rosa and Adam do a great job. You can count on them to be thorough. I’ve also had transmission work done there. Another time I went there with an exhaust problem and they charged me less than $200 to get the work done I needed. That is proof that they are honest. Nobody likes going to the repair shop but if you’re going to go to one, choose this one!

Still open after all these years plus the pandemic closure. Our favorite mechanic departed the premises, replaced by a wise-ass dumb-joking replacement, plus the young-mechanics were sloppy in their work and had to return several times to correct things they didn't check to ensure all went well. We haven't been back since. It was good while it lasted, then the goodness ran out.

We were on our way driving from Chicago to NH and our 2017 VW was making a lot of noise. I took it in to this shop and they did everything they could to get us back on the road. They put two techs on it and the owner drove around the city himself to get the parts. We're so appreciative of the fast work they did. I really felt like I could trust them to do what was best for us and our car.

Took a Mercedes-Benz here when nobody could figure out what was wrong with it. These guys are great. Diagnosed and repaired car ran like a dream again! Two thumbs up.

This is my go to no worries shop. I've taken 3 different vehicles here for a heap of different issues/problems. What I like is they're not miserable and are always happy to do the work, explain the work and answer any questions you have. The one vehicle had a ridiculous amount of problems that needed to be found, diagnosed and fixed for it to pass inspection. I really like getting the quote/work order sent to you for review and approval BEFORE they do anything. I've had a shop in the past do work without even letting you know let alone sending you a quote first. I got a quote for work on my truck, it ended up taking longer than quoted, however they kept their word and it was only the quoted price. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will always use them for any work I need done.Services: Vehicle Inspection

The best shop I’ve had I brought my 2007 750li to them and it was riddled with problems but they worked with me and got it running beautifully even when I wanted to give up helped me cut cost where they could which was something I’m not use to from shops lol just were very honest and straight forward the staff is so friendly and make you feel comfortable I would tell anybody in the area and visiting if your thinking of getting your car worked on this is the place there over the top wish I would of been coming here best shop in Niagara FallsService: Auto maintenance
