**Reply to “Owner” reply** “manager” on site said he could not fix it. Basically said I’m out of luck. He was pretty short and a little rude. I have an audio recording of the interaction. Feel free to reach out to me if you’d like to talk more.
Serves me right for not spending the extra 40min and driving to Apple which I always do. I was just on a time crunch. The charged me $430 for a new screen for my Apple 15 Pro and gave me back my phone, and the camera was not functioning correctly. Clicking different parts of screen open different parts. Huge delay on audio on phone calls.
When opening camera it starts at 2x zoom, will not go to .5x and Macro does not work. I went to store who said camera was broken when I dropped it. I don’t think it was but it leaves one of two options
1) they replaced a $430 screen knowing camera was broken as well and didn’t tell me
2) they broke camera during screen replacement.
Asked to speak w his boss and gave me a corporate number and I’ve been transferred 5 times on phone for 2hrs and finally someone from VERIZON was extremely helpful. Not Asurion, certainly not Ubreakifix, VERIZON.
He said he could not fix it. He was actually quite short and rude.
I’ll never go anywhere but Apple again, just drive to mall!

I took my gaming laptop for soldering the battery connector. They claimed to fix it and charged $65 just to look at it, plus any additional parts and labor. After keeping my laptop for a week, they said they couldn’t fix it and lied about replacing the charging port, which they never did. Another repair shop confirmed the charging port was never touched. Ubreakifix lacks the technical expertise for PC/laptop repairs and should stick to cell phone screens and data transfers. Avoid this place for PC/laptop repairs—they'll just take your non-refundable $65 and tell you they can't fix it.

Look no place else. Ubreakifix will have your device looking brand new. My iPad looked horrible with all the glass missing. I thought I was gonna have to just toss it in the trash. Ubreakifix returned me back a brand new looking device for such a reasonable price. Thank you guys so much❤️.

The young man was the only one in there and he had to replace a battery in my phone. He managed to take care of other customers (5) solve their problems and get my phone repaired in less than an hour as promised. And the whole time keeping his composure and be very gracious.

Literally worst place ever. Have a basic laser reader issue with reading the cd in my xbox 360. Site says FREE DIAGNOSTICS right on the site. Guy tells me when I bring it in that it's $60 for them to just run a diagnostic and figure out if they can or can't repair it, then it will cost additional money and they will call with an estimate if they ARE able to fix it. So even if they can't fix it or just say they can't they just take your $60 straight up.On top of the blatant false advertising and ridiculous prices a brand new xbox 360 is like $150 and a good condition used one you can get for like $75-$100. This place trying to charge $60 to do 0 work and then god only knows how much to "fix the problem"Like how does a place this bad even stay in business. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother with this sneaky lying company.

Technicians are extremely efficient, friendly & helpful! Repair of our MacBook could have taken about a week, but they were able to get a screen overnight & it was repaired within 24 hours.

Employee was very helpful and explained the problem with my phone before he fixed it. I was desperate to get it fixed because I was flying out the very next morning. Got there 1 hour before they closed and waited for my phone to get fixed. He fixed it while I waited. Took a total of 35 minutes. It was a blessing and I walked out a very happy customer.
