My fiance and I had a wonderful experience at the Niagara Falls Tuxedo Junction! We were greeted by two kind, enthusiastic sales associates, Daisy and Helen. From the moment we walked in, we felt comfortable and welcome in the store. They both worked together to help us find the perfect tuxedo for our wedding. Being the indecisive person I am- they gave me every opportunity to look at our different options, and get a clear picture of what the tuxedo will look like on the day of our wedding! We were between a few different options for suit rental/purchase, but our experience with Daisy and Helen led us to choose Tuxedo Junction. Would recommend for anyone looking for suit or tuxedo rental!

I’d give AT LEAST 10 if I could! We went to the Niagara Falls store and were happily greeted by Helen, the branch manager. We came in after driving nearly 3 hours to get THE tux for my kid’s prom.
Backstory: we came from Ohio to Erie, Pa and Jamie at the Erie store also graciously helped but didn’t have what we needed. She told us the two stores that did have the size and away we went.
Anyways, back to Tuxedo Junction in Niagara Falls. Helen was closing in 20 minutes but would not let us leave until we were set! She would wind up staying over at least 30 minutes plus closing! Her insights, kindness, and knowledge helped set my kid up and apart from a boring plain suit! She was wonderful and had EVERYTHING we needed! Plus the pricing was really fair.
Thanks again Helen Waterhouse and Tuxedo Junction for all that you do! Lastly, go see Helen! She will take marvelous care of you whether you are local or drive hours!

I was very pleased with my experience at Tuxedo Junction, Military Road, Niagara Falls. The salesperson, Helen was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful Ian’s a pleasure to deal with. I was fitted quickly and received my “Your Tux is ready to try on text “ in two days. It fit perfectly. Thank you again Helen for a great job!!

This is my wife’s account. My name is Sporty Ripley and I was in the Niagara Falls location on Military Road today. I came in to rent a suit for our daughter’s wedding next month. I had an idea of what I was looking for but wasn’t definite on color choice. Thankfully my sales associate Helen was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely helpful and patient as I am a very particular person. She took the time to make sure I was picking out exactly what would suit my style. It was meant to be that Helen was working when I walked in. I can’t wait to showcase what we put together. Thank you Helen!
