Found what I needed from Tractor Supply on Packard Drive in Niagara Falls this morning. A new halter for my puppy, and some reading material on leash training.

They have a lot items you wouldn't think a tractor store would have such as pet crates and supplies. It's a big store with a lot of square footage. The workers are great and very helpful. I would recommend this store.
