Today is the date 10/07/2024 time 7:00 PM, in self counter,
I came from DC to visit niagara and i came TOPS to buy some food and i got some and i was confused so i ask for help and i said excuse me, but the lady in the counter she was standing in a computer and said soo rudly WHAT!!! I was sock and she was staring at me with big eyes like she wants to fight. I didn’t understand what i should do and what i have to say. The lady was too bad in costume service. If she was busy she should let me know but it was a worst experience. ? ? ?

We visited from out of town, the place was hard to navigate and not very nice staff. Needs a good clean, and bathrooms were out of toilet paper. If you needed something closed and quick this is the place but besides that not so good.

THIS STORE SELL OUTDATED FOOD AND COVERS IT UP!!! Not sure how this location has so many good reviews. Twice now I've bought Tops branded cheese curds only to get them home and notice mold on them amd dates for 10/1. 1st time didn't care and just tossed them, 2nd time I returned them and legit the customer service said well blue cheese has mold. When I said only hard modly cheese is OK to eat not soft cheese. You'll get sick from mold on soft cheese. She then tried to say well it's room temperature you should check your fridge. Like I told you before I saw the mold when I was putting it away, maybe check yours and not gaslight me. But I saw a previous review of this store switching dates. So I'd advise to stay clear of this store.

I was just visiting the area. On my last night in town I ignored the bad reviews because I wanted to buy spring water and a few items for my last evening and trip home without driving far out of the way. This places reminded me of the Kroger stores near my hometown. Turns out, this place is owned by Kroger. The cashier was nice about giving me the sale price on some cherries when my Kroger card didn't reduce it to the price on the sign. The produce section was small and in rather poor condition which is why I give the place 2 stars. But the cherries were good. As for the gas station, the employee refused to scan my Kroger card and said Kroger cards won't work on gas. Also I had to wait to awhile pay for gas while the employee dealt with some guy who was letting his 12-year-old pump gas even though the rules say you have to be 16 to pump gas. I did see an ambulance and some police in the parking lot but I didn't let myself feel unsafe.

I walked in to cash my check I RACED there. Didn't even WANT to go here because I refer to this as the "shady" tops because how nasty it is but it's close to my house. 10min before close I get there and it has a closed sign. It takes 5 min to do n I know damn well those lazy bad attitude women are hiding in the back afraid to do some actual work. There's a camera hello it isn't facing YOU so I know it's not broken! Unreal I'll never be back here, if I'm dehydrated I'll pass out before I buy a bottle of water here.

I went into the ladies bathroom and not only in both stalls was the toilet paper holder broken. But there was no toilet paper available! Staff was kind enough to bring me some. And only one of the hand dryers work

Came in on Sunday evening and purchased sale Ramen and sale bulk candies, at 6pm items were priced as listed but at 10pm must have switched prices in registers, I bought (attempt) the exact same Ramen and bulk chocolate as before and price was 3x as listed. Workers at checkout were loudly verbally saying and commenting on all of my scans as I was doing checkout in a manner that made me feel very uncomfortable and frankly unprofessional
