Enjoy shopping at this Tops. Their staff is extremely helpful!
When this Tops doesn't have what I'm looking for, it's there the next time I shop.
Except for one (1) item and that is Cabot Plain Yogurt. The store is very clean and well-kept. No fallen articles in the aisles and shelves are well-stocked and in order.

I went on three separate occasions to the Customer Service desk and they were closed. One time was 2:30 on a Friday afternoon. Unlike other Tops stores, no manager will offer to accomodate a return at the register. I was told each time to come back tomorrow. I had a manager pretend he didn't know how to do bottle returns because he wasn't feeling it. Watch your expiration dates at this store too!!

First time buying a fish fry from this location and absolutely the last somehow this fish has bones in it. It’s completely burned and disgusting.

some girl named sabrina with a red bonnet on was extremely rude to the customers on easy scan and was cussing infront of customers and happened multiple times EVEN TODAY!! also tried to threaten people!!!!

Update: Received a cosmetic update, but is the same store with a pretty face. Bottle return is now outdoors and far from the entrance, coolers are the same (problematic) ones from two decades ago. Lowered rating for faking newer equipment, no cashiers at all and an outdoor/inconvenient bottle return.For a grand reopening called makeover, it is a disappointment for local shoppers to have them make it harder to enjoy the store and call it an improvement.

Today I experienced an employee talking about me to two coworkers because I made her physically show me where an item is located She thought she was going to send me across the store on a scavenger hunt She bullied me at the register, I left everything and ran out of there screaming. This was by far the most unprofessional encounter I’ve ever experienced, to pick a fight and fuel an argument with a customer is unsafe This location needs new management, coaching, and a tighter uniform dress code. The yellow bodycon dress left nothing to the imagination it was really hard to look at. Name tags should be mandatory.

I walked in and immediately was slapped in the face with a smell of cat piss! ? I walked a little more into the store, thinking maybe it was someone on the front of the store! NOPE! The smell got worse!! Then when I came up to the meats and saw how they looked I walked right out!! I left about 10min ago and my nose is still burning from that awful smell!! What a shame that they let that store get like that!!

The woman that runs this store is miserable, unpleasant and unprofessional
