It was about a month ago around 11PM car would not start had to call triple A, they sent this place. They got the car started, went to there shop to see if they had a battery. After some more testing turns out it was the alternator happen to have one in the trunk. The car is over ten years old was going to replace it when I had the chance, never got around to it. They were going to put it in that night but it was late came back the next night after work 10PM. They put it in for me and even gave me a ride home and picked me up. All for a reasonable price good service no complaints.

These guy’s are fantastic! I blew two tires passing through and luckily found Doug and his shop. He moved as quickly as he could to locate new tires and install them to get us back on the road. He even hooked us up with pizza. Definitely recommend. Truck rides smooth as butter with the new tires. Great experience with everyone there at the shop.

I had a car issue. They came at 10:30pm on a cold night, assessed the issue, and towed it to their shop. It was repaired in the morning for a nominal cost. Friendly service with an eye to keep my expenses to an absolute minimum. Thank you so much.

Love coming here with my cars, and they're always so nice and honest, will give you some of the best quotes around for stuff needed especially major repairs, can't complain they did my struts, rotated my tires, aired my tires, didn't even charge me for it since they were busy that day and agreed to come back. Will continue to gladly come here, also they will use outside parts which is always a plus if you love rock auto as much as I do.

I was charged for work that was never done! I brought the car in for struts and scraping sound car was making also loud muffler. They never even diagnosed the car or drove it, smh. But They (allegedly) changed the alternator! I took it to another mechanic and he said they did none of the work on the car. Car still loud, scraping still there, it still needs a new alternator. Janky Mechanics took over at that shop, just go somewhere else. $975Services: Auto engine diagnostic

I kept hearing good things about this auto shop. So, when it was time for inspection, I went in. I was told two of my tires failed inspection, did I want to buy 2 new ones? Nope. Went home, measured the tires, 3/32nd's, passing NY state inspection. No dry rot, or anything. Nonetheless, road trip planned for summer, so went back in with 4 gently used tires from a friend, and asked for them to be mounted and aligned. Mentioned, to Steve, that the two tires which allegedly would fail passed NYS inspection requirements. No comment. At this point, the delay had taken me to the last day of the month, so I proceeded just to get it done. Brother who helped me measure the tire tread, in multiple places, asked about the alignment report. No, I didn't get one. Was I supposed to? Ummm, yes. So brother looks at the alignment bolts to see if they've been recently adjusted. All are equally rusted, no signs of adjustment. I call to get the report, and am told they don't print reports, printer has been busted for years. Hmmm. I smell a rat.Either no alignment was needed and I got charged $80 for nothing, or I didn't get an alignment. Glass half full or Glass half empty?Disclosure. I'm a girl. Not an idiot, but my mom just passed, so a lot on my mind. Didn't want the headache, just wanted it done. So, going to get an alignment check, so I don't annihilate the next set of tires.All in all, don't have that warm and fuzzy feeling. It would be nice, just once, if my meticulously maintained car, which sees less than 10K of miles per year, would pass inspection without deep psychoanalysis. Either that, or I will have to go in dressed as a guy with a nose ring, a Harley jacket, and a wallet chain.
