This was the worst exhibit and experience I’ve encountered. The dinosaur exhibit was not what was featured on television. The prices were very much unreasonable for the very small exhibit that we had seen. The bounce houses were really just for very small children. They were selling stuffed animals that were very expensive. Adults should have had free entry instead of being charged $25, and children were charged $35 for absolutely NOTHING.. this event was 09/16 & 09/17/2023… I will never take my grandchildren back to this exhibit.. it was not worth the charge!!

I've done my share of event planning over the years from small one hour events to actual conferences, and I cannot say enough about how exceptional our experience here was! I have learned that hotels really nickel and dime you, and when you work for a non profit that takes a hit financially every time you run your big event every year, it gets kind of old. We had our room block across the street at the Sheraton and conference here. The location was perfect in the heart of Niagara Falls and a short walk to the falls. Tom, Kayla, Mark, and the staff we worked with could not do enough for us! The prices are reasonable, well more than reasonable if you're comparing them to an event at a hotel, the staff exceptional, and this place has everything you need for your event's needs! I highly recommend having your next event here.

We were at the convention center, actually outside of it, to celebrate the triumphal end of the Empire State Ride. This is an annual bike ride across NYS. This year, the 300 riders collected $2M in pledges to help Roswell battle cancer. The convention center was available for the spectators to use the wash rooms, and the riders' luggage was stored there until picked up.

Just attended a fan convention at this venue, and I have to say, I have never seen a staff and crew more helpful, courteous, and respectful of all of our off-the-wall requests. They were accepting and accommodating no matter the concern or whim. This is how you do it, they nailed it.

Kudos & THANK YOU to the staff who worked concessions & bar service for a fandom event I attended this past weekend. They were helpful, friendly, & playful. They got our vibe. The event space was also great for this type of event. I’m hard of hearing & was also very impressed with the sound system. I was still able to hear even when the panel participants didn’t speak directly into the microphone. And the gentleman working the camera did an amazing job of keeping up with the action & filming all the important bits. Well done all around!!
