Warning lights started flashing in my car on my way to Niagara Falls for vacation. I found Steve’s Automotive through a Google search and gave them a call. They were able to get my car in right away for diagnostics, even though they were busy. They ultimately referred me to another shop for a transmission issue, but I appreciate the time they spent not only checking my car but also locating another shop and communicating the situation. And they didn’t charge me for their time! I’m so grateful to run across this business that showed compassion to a traveler!
