Today's my experience is very dissapointed. There are two people in the printing department and not doing the service for the line up just chewing gum obesity of the employees do not even care.Many people are waiting to get few rhibfs done and take one customer and spend more than 30 munites.Very dissapointed service and not going back again.I just wanted ask a price for a signanage and waited so long.I am not sure management of this place care at all about customers. Some customers are watching and laughing.Very very dissapointed.

Checked out this location as I neded a new laptop asap. I was not disappointed by the Customer Service. I think the employee name was Jamela (sorry if I got the name incorrect)She was so knowledgeable about all the computers as she had worked in IT, very helpful. She took the time to explain all about the 3 that I was interested in . At the end I purchased a Lenova which was also on sale for $300 off. Thanks for the great service.. I really appreciate all you did. Satisfied customer sure to return ??Note - BELL had good phone plans if you bring your own phone .

Poorly stocked on office stationary. How are you out of boxes of your own paper and out of/don't carry Bic crystal pens? Waste of time.

I have visited today. I asked for any deals going on. The employee here just hand over me paper. He was busy in gossiping. Not a good customer service. I have visited this location before. Employees were corporative. But this time I am disappointed.

Today, I was standing in line waiting on “Muskan” a female working at the customer service desk to call me up.I was looking at a chocolate bar when she called and indicated to the gentleman behind me to come to her — although I was clearly ahead of him.When I walked towards her, he made an excuse and said—Hey! She called me up! I told him, YES, However, I was ahead of you. She seemed aggravated and sharply stated — HOW CAN I HELP YOU??I told her I was there to replace my headphones. She said it was not possible and I stated, Even if I have a receipt?” then, noticed that the man she invited to cut in front of me, was leaning in and staring at me.I looked back at him, confused, as I listened to her continue on about not being able to help me, when he asked me in an accusatory manner—AND, WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING AT???Confused, I ignored his question, then turning back to her, noticed her whispering into her microphone, summoning someone.I continued on and showed her my receipt for the broken headphones as well as my active 2 year warranty, when a person who later identified herself as the “SUPERVISOR” named MONIQUE approached with what appeared to be an already impatient disposition.I continued speaking to “MUSKAN” who, upon MONIQUE’s arrival, openly displayed disdain with me, my questions and my warranty.Until she abruptly walked away and happily rushed to assist the gentleman whom she initially encouraged to cut ahead of me.Monique was condescending and rude. She made it a point to let me know that she “didn't care” about MUSKAN’s unprofessional behaviour towards me.Additionally, she stated that she was the head of this establishment and no one else would care to deal with my concerns regarding MUSKAN’s issue with me, which I believe to be discriminatory, as this is my fourth similar incident at this location, twice with MUSKAN, personally.Please help!

I had last minute printing that I desperately needed for my business - I needed it by the end of the day. C.J welcomed me with a warm and big smile (even though she was very busy). At the time she was the only person behind the counter in the print shop - I am assuming her co-worker was on a much needed break. Even with a large line of customer she assisted me and walked me through a few steps while multitasking with other customers. She was able to complete my order while I was there. I am beyond grateful for her professionalism and being so warm and welcoming during as busy (and probably stressful) period during her shift. Thank you C.J. Warmly, Sharon

I called to inquire about the stock level of a lunch bag that was on clearance and was very satisfied with the help I received. The staff member who assisted me (I believe her name was Monique) not only went and physically checked to make sure the item was indeed in stock, but they also put one aside at the cash for me. Thank you for the great service.

They lock their doors 5 minutes before close time. Don't waste you time going. You just never know when they will close 30 mins prior to the stated time. Staff obviously didn't care about the customer experience but seems like he just wanted to get out of there. September 27th 2023.

Horrible machines(scan-fax) After attempting to scan a 2 page document unsuccessfully an employee tried on two other machines also unsuccessful but finally was able to scan documents then left me to put in the fax # and send. I waited twenty minutes for page one to send, machine said please wait. Asked same employee about delay of sending she replied it takes awhile. An hour went by nothing changed. I've never sent a fax before but thought it was impossible to take so long. I enquired again, employee offered to restart machine so I could attempt again. All this time spent waiting and no employee questioned why I was waiting so long. Left store and went to corner store where my documents were sent in 5 minutes. Never again will I go to a Staples store again. One Star because it won't post otherwise

I recently had the opportunity to purchase a new computer at Staples. My previous computer was on its last legs, and I needed a fast and efficient replacement, which was exactly what Staples provided.The first thing that stood out to me was the computers. They have options that meet all needs, from simple basic internet browsing devices to high-end systems that can handle complex tasks such as gaming or graphics with this vast selection of my needs and budget meet It's been easier to find a computer.The layout of the store was top notch. Computers were grouped by type (laptop, desktop, etc.) and then further by name, further complicating the analysis. Additionally, the technical information and comparison charts provided were comprehensive and accessible, even for a non-technical person like me.Customer service was another highlight of my Staples shopping experience. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive. They answered my questions about the products without any politeness, and their recommendations seemed genuinely aimed at finding the best fit for my needs rather than pushing the bulkThe checkout process was smooth and quick, and security systems and software bundles were offered, which was a nice touch. I walked out of the store with my new computer, fully set up and ready to go.However, I do have one regret: the store could use a more competitive price. While not too expensive, I have found that some computers are a bit more expensive than some other vendors. It wasn’t a deal-breaker, but it’s something that could turn off some budget-conscious buyers.Overall, Staples provided a good shopping experience. I loved the variety

I have worst experienced with this location at Niagara falls. I bought a monitor from there spend 350 dollars but with in 24 hours I returned it buz i didn’t like the product. However, they didn’t take it back buz when they unopened it screens has sort of bubble or scratcher in there.I told the manager it was not there when i open it and pack it again so I don’t know how it happened im sorry. She said I can’t take this back. She didn’t take any effort to solve the problem keep saying I can’t take it back. I was expecting at least half refund but no nothing was offer to me over 300 dollars. Never happened to me that i can return product less than 24 hours. Worst experience of my life :(((((((((((((. I would probably give 0 star.
