Two girls in the printing section they are the rudest customer server in this area , they don’t care customer. You can’t ask question they just refuse whenever you ask any questions. I should have look comments earlier.

Came in just over an hour before close to print off a handful of documents for an upcoming trip. Wanted to use the copier as it is cheaper than using the computers. Unfortunately, the printer code that was sent to my email wasn’t turning up and I had to opt for the computer. This was extremely frustrating considering the computer costs 70 cents per page more than the copier option, as well as receiving a fee for time used. I spent 40 minutes in store trying to figure out the copier and giving it a second try. Wasn’t offered help once and finally received my printer code 55 minutes after the store was closed and I already paid $30 at the computer.

Wasn’t sure how to return on line purchase. nanveet at sales counter was wonderful. She took over and helped me along. Other worker at the return station not helpful at all. Miserable

Bella was a superstar! We had a funeral service emergency and she was fantastic. She listened, printed and delivered in record time! She went above and beyond and we are forever grateful.

Really Bad service at Photo booth. there are Two Girls At print Section. there were so rude. Did not Even Greet and they were serving like Doing a Favour. i Also asked her name But She Refused to Tell her name. I asked For Manager To talk She Didn’t even Come Out from Her Office.

Terrible service at the print shop. Way too slow, only one worker and could've handled the "busy time" better. Other employees just walking around no one seemed in a rush to help customers.

The girls at the printing desk were all absolutely amazing. Friendly and very knowledgeable. But C.J. Went above and beyond to help me out! She was absolutely fantastic !! Highly recommend them. But please have patience cause they are always busy and are trying there best to get to everyone as quick as possible!!

April 7 my husband and l (seniors ) were having trouble with our phones Rashit was so kind it took some time sorting it the issue we were having ,but he fixed the issue , the customer service at Staples is amazing!

My recent visit to Staples on Morrison Street in Niagara Falls was a nightmare. The staff is distracted, rude and seemily lazy. They clearly just dialing it in. The shabby looking man calling himself manager is mendacious and is diffident of any qualities of a manager. It's like Staples literally scrapped the bottom of the proverbial barrel for him and the ustaff encountered. That's it for Staples. Will never do business with that organization again.

Horrible customer service from the top to the bottom. Store manager and department manager/supervisor needs to go through proper training/de-escalation training before confrontating another customer.
