my wife and i recently visited the spectrum store and were blessed to have carolynn help us resolve some issues with my mother in laws account. carolynn is patient and very knowledgeable and she took care of all our problems. there should be more people like her in customer service positions everywhere!

Had a remote problem, told to come in and exchange. I booked an appt. Went in, and was told they didn't have the remote in stock. Gave me a clunky old one from previous DVR model and told it would work. It didn't. Big surprise. Big waste of my time
