Car wash in need of serious updates to the brushes.. such high volume of cars.. and the 2 men at the door are just wasting time with those mickey mouse water guns that they barely point at the car...the wash left my car patchy dirty..waste of 15 bucks to be honest
better off to go a couple driveways down to the self car wash stations.

I frequently visit this Shell gas station at night, and every single time, the employee named Ajay refuses to allow customers to use the washroom, always claiming it’s “out of service.” However, one time, he did let me wash my hands, and I saw that the washroom was perfectly fine and fully functional. This makes it clear that the excuse is intentional.
A gas station is meant to provide basic facilities like a restroom, especially for paying customers. Denying access to something as essential as a washroom is completely unacceptable. If the washroom were truly out of service, they should fix it. But if employees are just making excuses to avoid the inconvenience, that’s simply bad service. Shell needs to take action and ensure their staff treat customers with respect and provide the services they are supposed to.

I visit this Shell gas station regularly at night, and every single time, the employee named Ajay gives the same excuse—that the washroom is out of service. It’s ridiculous and frustrating because a gas station is supposed to provide basic facilities like a restroom for customers. This is a public need, not a privilege. If the washroom is actually broken, then they need to fix it. But if it’s just an excuse to avoid letting customers use it, then that’s completely unacceptable. Shell needs to address this issue and ensure their employees provide proper service instead of making excuses.

Last week I went to have my car washed. They told me to get a monthly card. They said you can bring any car you want. They said you can only bring one car during the day. I got the card and had it washed the first day. The second day I had my other car washed and they wrote the plaque on the card. When I went to have it washed again, they didn't take it and said the plaque doesn't fit. I told them I can bring any car I want. They lie by saying we didn't say so, they deceive the customer, take his money and kick the customer out, swear at him, walk up to him and try to beat him.

Who manages this place standing at the pump now one turns it on i look in the windows ur so called employees are laughing at the windows staring at me manage ur people last time I get gas there ur employees are useless the date was January 16 about 7 pm something straighten ur shit out

I've been buying my gas here on a regular basis lately. Customer service to me so far has been pretty good. Always ask me for my caa membership and air miles card.
Can get pretty crowded at times but move along decently.

Prices are good but customer service needs a lot of improvement. Workers take it upon themselves to selectively pick which customers get gas and pay inside or pay at pump. The manager is nowhere to be seen. This can fall into discriminatory treatment of customers

I am so incredibly disappointed in this car wash. I love car washes it’s my favourite thing to do in my free time although I paid for a monthly pass for 29.95(not including tax.) and there was people in the car wash washing the car, getting it wet ect. I don’t have a problem but there was a drop of soap for the whole car the car didn’t even get cleaned properly, the washer wasn’t even working properly and the dryer barely dried the car. Mind you this is 13.99$ for one car wash. The prices of everything are going up rapidly and this car wash is one of the reasons people need to cut back on money because it’s a waste. Do better please fix th car wash and add colour full soap.

I come to this location Monday to Friday 5 days a week to fill on diesel and from now I am not attending this location because of staff members charging debit card and master card involving easy pay. When I asked for help the employee Avin refers me to calling shell when he clearly charged me 2 times. I repeatedly ask him he calls his manager and tell me tomorrow is a holiday come back Monday. Today is Friday and most places are till 5 pm. The now is 1 pm.
