If you don't buy the tires with them, they won't do any work in your car's tires.

inexperienced staff. doesn't take much to install tires properly but these guys are sadly not up to the task - and they ONLY do tires (and batteries)!

I went in here yesterday to get a battery installed. What a waste of time with these Tire&Battery guys. I waited for over 90 minutes while these jokers slowly worked on trying to install the new battery, and made excuse after excuse why they couldn't do it. When I first arrived to the tire/battery area, I had to wait over 30 minutes before they finally started working on getting my new battery in. The head guy then brings me into the shop and warns me that there was corrosion on one of the terminals, and if they broke the connector part that was attached to it, they would not be responsible. Don't most battery posts have some acid corrosion on them?! Okay I said, go for it. I then wait while the head guy working on my vehicle, but then he puts on his jacket and takes off for 30 minutes. Then, after some time, he gets back to my car and tells me the bracket bolts are seized and if he snaps the bracket, he can't install the battery and will have to call a tow truck to take my vehicle away. Really? Who is this guy?! He was full of excuses and unnecessary drama. He really didn't seem to want to help me with getting the new battery installed, lord only knows why. What a terrible experience! I walked away with the battery not being installed and told him I'll do it myself. Of course no discount was provided because they couldn't install it themselves. I popped the hood today and noticed the Sam's Club employee put backing soda on the terminal connectors (he said that it's the best way to loosen them up) and saw that it sprayed everywhere in the engine compartment, and he didn't even bother to clean it up. Personally I don't think that messy procedure was necessary at all. For the battery bracket bolts, all I had to do is spray some liquid wrench on them, and they easily came off with the wrench. It's my opinion that this Sam's Club Tire & Battery employs a bunch of amateurs that really don't act in your best interest, especially in my case.
