Always ready to help, Reliable Moving has all the equipment needed to move one item or an entire household. They also are ready to move business and industrial items. A wise and excellent choice. They were able to move my new dryer into my basement and they removed the old one! Highly recommend.

When I made the booking to have some pieces of furniture moved out of Storage that was close to my house I was told it was $180 per hour, no mention of any other charges . The men who were supposed to meet us at the Storage unit were almost an hour late , took them 1 1/2 hours to do the job, when it came time to pay they said it was $189 per hour and there was a 3 hour minimum, something I wasn’t told when doing the booking. I’d never have gone with something like that since I knew the job wouldn’t take that long, after I complained they reduced it by $100 , pays to complain. I still feel like I overpaid though. The men who moved my furniture were very careful with it and very pleasant. Liz who did my booking is the person at fault for not being honest .

Couldn't have asked for a better moving company! On time and professional. They wrapped all our furniture and handled with care. I will be recommending Jethro and his crew to everyone who is moving.

I used this company twice and I loved them! They are professional, courteous, and trustworthy. I live in East Amherst now so I’m not sure if I can use them again but I hope so!

They have helped me move so much over the years and they also do a fantastic job. They are very careful with any furniture and appliances when moving things. They are also on time and very professorial as well. I will only use this moving company when I move.

Nothing but good words to say about Jethro and his team. Not only did they move my stuff quickly and without issue but they were friendly and had great attitudes. I'd use them again in a second, although I hope I'm not moving again for a long time.
