Very accommodating to my schedule, estimate was accurate, and work performed was completed within the timeframe. Although the interior of the store was clean, the exterior is ill kept and uninviting.

The best! I could not be happier with Precision Auto. They fixed my car with great service and knowledge. Wonderful family and the daughter is my favorite so helpful. She did a great job explaining, stayed on schedule, vehicle fully repaired like brand new and price as quoted was honest and less than I thought. Thank you

I am from Canada and was in Niagara Falls and had warning light come on. Saturday morning not knowing any repair shops in USA. Found Precision Auto close by. They diagnosed problem, called around and found part. Was truly impressed with their service. Were very friendly and had car repaired that afternoon. Thank you. Would not hesitate to go back for any service.

I chose this place over audio one even though they had worst reviews and now I know why...I got a remote start put in and was told to drop the car off at 10 and It will be done by 2pm..come 2:40 no call so i call them To ask for an estimate on time which they could not give me... Come five o'clock I finally just go there. I waited until about 5:20 and finally got my car..I asked if they were busy and the lady started to Laugh about it and I said I only ask because I was told 2 pm and were now three hours over and she said well at least it got done... My time is valuable and I don't think it's a funny little joke.. They were polite but I do not like mismanaged estimates from professionals... As for the product itself, i'm not sure which place has a better product But as for my experience I was not happy being jerked around on time....something as simple as a phone call to say hey we are running late and where sorry here's 10 off or even just the call would have earned you 4 stars but as it was not worth your time shows how littel they care.... A little bit more professionalism would have been nice...

Went in to get tires mounted and balanced everyone was polite did the job that needed to be done but had to go back 3 days later because tires weren't balanced correctly they came out and talked to me said my car needed an alignment that the tires are fine took my car elsewhere was told that the tires were never even balanced and my alignment was fine
