Recently took our toddler here for her first ear piercings, Rayana and her staff were very patient with the fussing and were able to get our little lady taken care of quickly and with no issues! Even gave her a lollypop to cheer her up at the end, this is a crew i would highly recommend!

My mom bought a sterling silver necklace today and the workers were nice, she went back to buy something else and they totally ignored her. All the employees have dyed color hair, so I see that as super fake people.

Prices are outrages for children's ear piercings . still got my sons ine ear dine but they wouldn't do my daughters because she was short a Col weeks from 2 months .other than that they were good with my son and have good merchandise.

I got my ears pierced here last week with my cousin (we both did third whole). My entire right ear has been swollen, red, warm, and painful the last few days. Now, I have a full blown infection with a fever, chills, migraine, alongside the intense ear pain.We both only did our third whole so the lower ear should be way less prone to infections and I’ve properly cleaned the ear 2x/day.When I got my ears pierced there were not gloves used or any sanitization measures used before or after the piercing. Not even between my cousin getting pierced before me. I should’ve said something in the moment and asked why the piercer wasn’t cleaning anything to avoid the pain I am in now. Will need to go get antibiotics tomorrow or something. Do not recommend, stick to a professional piercing/tattoo shop. On top of all this the customer service was poor.

I am local to the area and frequent the mall like once or twice a month... and the one time I finally sought out a pair of earrings from here, there was absolutely no one in the stand for like two hours. I saw the lunch sign and waited an hour because I didn’t mind (I work in customer service myself) but when the two our mark came and no one ever came I was annoyed. I couldn’t even ask other stores around it who to talk to because they didn’t know who actually runs the stand. Frustrating.

Absolutely disgusting service with Keri-Anne. Some of the products are turning colors in the display - gold shouldn’t turn orange like that. Kiosk constantly looks dirty, staff regularly ignores customers and has absolutely no jewelry knowledge. I watched them piercing a screaming child’s ears who was saying they didn’t want their ears pierced to they squeezed the child’s face, then pushed their head towards their shoulder and held the child down while piercing. It was absolutely horrific to watch.Update: I had filed a complaint in December 2020. I had to chat in their customer service line twice, call in an additional two times, and then email for a week or so. Each time I was told the district manager would contact me within a few days (ranged from 3-10 days). Anyway I finally received a phone call from Ashley on 3/3/2021. 2.5 months for an issue to be addressed. She kept referencing the photo I posted online, I never did. I sent a video to their customer service line. She also threw the employees under bus real quick. Called her own employee a desperate hire and said she was lazy. She took ownership for having a terrible team. Threw her customer service department under bus saying it was their fault no one ever contacted me. And she offered nothing even close to a genuine apology for my experience. It was a joke. She’s a joke. This company is clearly a joke.
