“Good prices for members . The waiting line is designed poorly as customers can enter one way and often block open sides of gas pumps. It would be better if lines entered from other end of pumps(current exit side) so you could see the open pumps without the concrete building blocking view. Also one line and pull up as pumps. Open would help too.”
“We ordered "seasonal" cupcakes on the app that showed (and was titled) a spring theme however when we arrived (the day before the event) they were in-fact not the same cupcakes but bright red/white/blue cupcakes. (This was an issue with whoever lists the products on the app, they didn't change over the image and title for the "seasonal" product listing, in no way was this an issue with Erin but this could have been solved by a phone call by whoever makes the online orders when looking at the product image)
Erin (curbside pickup) was able to get us a $20 gift card and get the bakery to make the right order (minus the editable decals as they weren't available) later that day after some discussion.

“While on vacation heading to Niagara Falls I realized that I forgot my medication. While travelling in our car, my wife left a message with CVS in Niagara Falls to explain our situation. Within 20 minutes, we received a call from the CVS in Niagara Falls to say they were going to fill my prescription with a vacation amount. Once arriving at the CVS, they had my prescription ready. Can't say enough how satisfied I am using CVS for my pharmacy needs!”
“I utilize the one-hour photo service when I need quick prints, since they typically do a nice job. More times then not, you can find a coupon code online and get some sort of discount, too. The website is convenient and easy to use.”

“I use this location for their Amazon delivery. If I have packages delivered to campus they take over a week, even if Prime. If using this location, even though it's minutes away, it's 2 days at the most. Each time I've used it I've encountered the same guy, I'm bad at descriptions, but both times it was a weekday afternoon maybe between 2-4. Dark haired. He is extremely nice and made the process simple for someone who hates technology. Would love to reach out to corporate at some point and let them know! More stores need people like this to represent them!”
“Great experience at this Rite Aid location.I’m from Canada but see an ENT in Buffalo occasionally. I came here to fill my allergy spray script. When I arrived, I was seen immediately and the tall gentleman helping me took all my information promptly and asked me to wait.Not even 15 minutes later, I was called to pay and I was on my way.Interestingly, I started at the Walgreens location across the street where first the apathetic woman working there complained she couldn’t read the script and then refused to fill it because “it didn’t specify quantity”. The product is prepackaged and literally comes in one size.No such issues at Rite Aid. Thank you!”
