Nautica helped my family and I today and she was extremely knowledgeable about the colognes and perfumes! I would highly recommend her to anybody that visits her store!

Sales woman was rude and seemed bothered to have to help find what we were looking for. Upon entering she asked if we were looking for anything in particular and I told her I didn’t know the name but I’d know it if I smelled it. She proceeded to only talk to my boyfriend and was very snippy and snobby towards me. If it weren’t our anniversary I would have probably called her out and left the store for real. But the goal was to get us smelling good… we found him something. I’ll take my money elsewhere and pay more to not have to deal with her nastiness.

First time coming into this store a employee there by the name Anjelica was very helpful I asked her her opinions on a perfume that she think would be good to wear on a special occasion and she recommend some of her favorites glad i listened got a lot of compliments at my event. She was very helpful and very nice great customer service . Looking forward to going there again :)

I don't usually go to Niagara Falls, but I'm so glad I did! Maggi was incredibly helpful in helping me decide a good scent for myself. I don't usually wear perfumes and she was great at helping me find something that would work perfectly for me, I will definitely be making it a stop more often!

Had such a great experience at perfumes for you in Niagara Falls. I was greeted at the door by Anjelica. She greeted me with a smile and asked, “How’s your day going?” From there she was assisted in my hunt to find the right scent, resulting in leaving with the perfect scent. I’m not familiar with colognes and the different scents but Anjelica helped me out tremendously! She was very professional and knew her stuff. She helped me find a masculine scent and I left the store knowing I was leaving with a good product.

I was there for a few minutes the employee Joyce took care of me and she knew was she was talk about, definitely learned new stuff in there and very convincing lol ended up buying some new smells that Feeling Lustfull for women smells like heaven! Def recommend.
