Firstly, i wanted a pedicure and i called the same day and they were able to get me in, so that was great! I felt it was definitely over priced once tip was factored in. Also... I felt a little bit scammed to because I paid with a card but they don't tell you until after that.There's no way to tip with using a card! So I had already paid for my service, was charged $3.00 to use their credit card machine. Well now I feel bad.I need to tip... only options was a Suspicious looking ATM
that charge me ANOTHER $3. That $6 could of been added to her tip....so why they don't warn you...i have no idea. I wanted a better massage on my feet and the water was not hot enough, but i spoke up and asked for more hot water to soak and it felt great. My pedicure was nice. Gel polish was an extra $15 though .. on top of $55 for the pedicure and plus i left tip. I was there 1 hour and 30mins. Overall I'm pleased but will not be using card I'll bring cash if i go there again.

In town for a wedding from Beverly Hills. My mom and I weren’t able to get our nails done beforehand and stumbled upon this place. She had Anna, I had Win. They are FANTASTIC. We wish we could take them back to LA with us.

Nikki does such an amazing job on my nails. I always get my pedicures done by Tina. She does great and very thorough job. The salon is very clean and everyone is very friendly. High recommend!!

Worst service I have ever experienced. Guy did not know what he was doing, very rude! My toe is infected, red and very sore! I will never visit establishment again!

Win is the best nail tech I have ever worked with! The amount of time and effort he puts into every service he does is unmatched. MyManicures and pedicures last weeks longer than they ever have. His work speaks for itself and it goes to show that a high-quality service cannot be rushed. His level of expertise is elite and I have always been impressed with his work!

Win is the best! I go to him regularly for pedicures, he takes his Time, is an amazing masseuse and artist. He also has gotten me in on several occasions where I did not book an appointment, which was very appreciated since it’s a busy salon. Highly recommend 10 out of 10!!Service: Pedicure

I’ve been to many salons in the Falls and this is the only one I’ll go to. I book with Win every time! He’s consistent, friendly, and has great conversation with his clients. He knows I’m particular and is very patient with me. He always tells me, if I’m not happy, he will do whatever I want. You don’t get that often!! Don’t just show up expecting good service! Schedule with Win, and if he’s not available, ask for Anna!!Services: Pedicure

I’ve had a good experience with every nail tech I go to but I normally go to Win for dip and my nails last about 4-5 weeks everytime! He’s very personable and takes his time with clients.

this salon is beautiful on the inside and has great customer service! i have had a great experience with everyone i’ve gone to to get my nails done but especially Win. I book an appointment with him every time i go to get my nails done the set in the picture is done by him. Not only does he exceed my expectations every time and make my nails look even better than the picture but he is the sweetest person ever. If you’re looking for a new salon this is the one to go to.
