I love being taught about my own vehicle even tho I am not a mechanic in an honest open way. As everyone who drives should want to learn and not just run out of shops when a mechanic is teaching you what needs to be done for safety. (Accidents happen due to some negligence, therefore America has yearly inspections.... Just saying.)”

“An update:Thank you to Taylor C. and your team for making up for the previous visit! We were able to get a re-do of the previous service and they even threw in an extra service for the inconvenience. Taylor let me know that they wouldn't be there, but made sure that another manager knew exactly what we needed. That is the right way to do customer service! The car looks great and we are very happy.Original post:My fiance and I were at this location last week. We paid $40.00 for the Super Interior Steamed & Sanitized service. We asked them if they could clean the trunk and they said the would. However, the trunk was never touched. The floor mats were cleaned very thoroughly, but that was about it. When the car was returned, the attendant left her rags in the car. I tried to submit a complaint online, but the form isn't working. Very disappointed.”
