We called Charles about a flat tire and he arrived prepared to repair my tire but ultimately had to replace it. He was very professional and friendly and charged us a very fair price! I would absolutely recommend calling Charles for all your tire needs!

Went to my truck new year's day, saw I had a flat tire.. Called these people. They came by within the hour, as schedule. Fix the flat while it was snowing.

Chuck and Gina - you guys are great!!!Last Friday I needed a set of tires for my F350 and came across Monsters New and Used Tires listed on Google. I gave them a call and explained my needs to Gina who answered the phone. She was courteous and friendly. We reviewed the options, my time constraints, and scheduled the appointment. Mind you I called their shop a little after 7PM. About 9:30 PM I arrive at their shop with son who was hanging out with me. They had a set of tires ready to go. That's when I met Chuck who I found to be a pleasant and very knowledge regarding my truck. My son and I had an enjoyable time talking with them about cars, trucks, and life in general. The experience was awesome.Chuck and Gina make a great team. I will be using them again in the future.
