Today I took a brand new purse back because it had marks on the leather sides. Am Asian woman who works here was so unkind. She wanted me to take the purse off the floor. I asked her to please get one with packaging that hasn’t been handled. She didn’t like that. When the packaged one ALSO had marks on the side, she told me “they will all have marks”. What???! I couldn’t believe it. We’ve been good customers at this store for years. So I went to the manager and she helped me. I don’t know this woman’s name, I can only identify her by her ethnicity, sorry. One other time I walked into the store and she looked me up from my head to my toes. She makes me feel uncomfortable and like she doesn’t like to cater to customers. Today was it for me. So I wrote this review. She treated me like I was just picky. Meanwhile I bought a new purse and took it home to Canada, opened it and it was marked up. How does someone with such a superior attitude keep their job???

Love the merchandise. However, I was looking for a particular purse I saw someone wearing. The staff would not even go on their computer to try to locate it online for me. One of the young ladies was very nice, but the other assistant could not be bothered. Ende up at Kate Spade buying a similar style purse instead.

This store has good crowd unlike that is in GTA. You can buy comfortably without any lineup and has lots of options. The prices are lower and the options are more as compared to the GTA. I visit the place for sake of change once in a while.

The staff has completely changed. Not all customers are made to feel welcomed and you are judged as soon as you enter the store. I was basically run out of the store because I was a college student, on top of being plus sized i was judged and shamed and overheard comments about myself from the staff whispering. Overall a horrible experience and someone needs to do something about that staff. I did buy a crossbody bag, partly because I liked it, mostly because I was looked down upon and felt that I needed to so the staff would be kinder to me. On top of the dressing rooms being closed due to "short staff" or some lame "Covid spike in the area" it has taken a deep downhill.

I'm at the Michael Kors store at the Niagara Falls Outlet Mall and I couldn't be more disappointed. They need to get their heads out of the past and move on. I found two dresses I absolutely loved, and I was most surely walking out with one of them. They were a tad higher priced than I'd like, however willing to pay. What I was not willing to do is walk out WITHOUT trying them on and was told I could not use their dressing room because of Covid !! It's JANUARY 2023 PEOPLE!!!!The woman told me I could buy them and take them to another store that had a dressing room and try them on there. WHAAAAAA??????Isn't that like taking your lunch into a restaurant? Nonetheless the dresses were put back on the rack. I'll keep my $300 until you get with the program thank you.

For being black Friday, I have to say I was pretty impressed with the whole store. It was very crowded, yet very neat, clean, and quick! All of the associates were very polite and helpful, which made it a much better experience than what it could have been.
