I had such a great experience at this location today. The staff were Friendly, humorous and patient. I'm pleased with my purchase the help they gave and customer service experience. I'm definitely going back when I transfer my other lines.

Sold Rebuilt phones as new prices with bad serial numbers. total rip offs and customer service said all sales are final. they took advantage of me and didn't care.

Metropcs Store aka universal wireless took 1300 dollars to order 2 iPhones. They were supposedly overnighted on Monday and were to be there on Thursday. They never came, my wife went in on Friday to refund the order and who ever was there said they would refund it. I called today Saturday and they are refusing to refund. Called credit card company to file a dispute and called corporate metropcs. Corporate said they see no reason why they wouldn't refund the order as we never received the order. If we bought them from the real metropcs we would have no issues. I'm also filing a report on the BBB with this company. Buyer beware, apparently same people also own the store on pine as well.
