Best mattress buying experience ever!!! Pauly is amazing and went completely above and beyond to help my mom and myself. There was no rush on trying to just sell us anything. He really made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and what was best for us and our needs individually. Highly recommend!!!

My salesman, Alan, was great to work with. He explained all the differences between the different mattresses and which would work best for me. Very knowledgeable, very nice to work with. Highly recommend Alan & Metro Mattress!
*****UPDATE.... I thought everything was great but I ended up with a problem and customer service doesn't seem to be helping me. Floor model- dirty & 8 spots with raveling threads. Material very pitted and discolored. I was offered a mattress cover to cover it up so I wouldn't see it. A store manager even offered me a $100 to go rent a shampooer so "I" could shampoo the mattress. There is no way this mattress was in a store on display!!! I'm waiting for one more reply, I will update this message if reply received...

I walked in metro mattress and was welcomed by Alan. He helped me find a mattress that I never had before and I felt like I was in heaven. It was a tempurpedic and hooked me up with financing so I can afford the bed. I absolutely love it and besides that I get free delivery on the exact day I want the bed. Thanks Alan
