Easily the worst experience I've had with anything involving customer service in my entire life.
I had my car towed there to be looked at for what turned out to be a blown turbocharger. For 2 days I did not receive a call. When I called to ensure the vehicle arrived, the man I talked to was uninformative, short, rude, and overall unhelpful. By the 4th time I had called after days of not hearing anything but being told the vehicle would be looked at days prior, I pointed out that I had not gotten a single update for the days my car had been there. I'm a single father and need to get to work and wanted to atleast have a time frame of how long I'd need to borrow rides from people.
The man completely flipped out on me. Telling me there were 100 cars in the lot, that it was hot outside, and that I was basically being entitled and difficult. And then proceeded to finally tell me what was wrong with my car. When I had asked them not to do any work on it, he then told me it would have been weeks anyway. All this I'm finding out because he got angry enough to tell me. I had my car towed the next day to be repaired elsewhere. In 10 years it's the only phone exchange as a customer or employee that's gotten anywhere near that contentious.
Go somewhere else.

They charge you $40.00 per day for storage just to get an estimate! But they don't tell you that until after the fact then they tell you it could take 3 weeks for an estimate! Watch theses guys! Slippery... beware!

My friend took her car here and it broke after a month of her driving it. It continued to sit in his shop for 3 MONTHS without word of what’s wrong or it getting fixed. She’s paid over 2 grand to fix it and when she went to go get it today he said it won’t start. This has been a hassle to all involved and there was NO COMMUNICATION. Very unsatisfied with how this whole thing has gone, if it’s a lost cause just tell her.
