Drove 20 minutes to get there to return couple things. The woman at the customer service desk (Asian) was very short with me. Instantly refused one item with receipt because it wasn't from the N.F. location (apparently they don't accept returns from the franchise location, although the franchise does accept item purchases on N.F.) Then she didn't seem to have patience for my excuse for not having a receipt with the second item. I explained that I did have a screenshot of the receipt with my card number showing I had indeed purchased it there and it WAS my receipt. She said it. It must be the orginal receipt or store credit only. I was annoyed because I am not location and didn't need anything on thos particular day. But it could have been delivered in a more polite manner I understand maybe that those are the rules, but it could have been delivered in a more polite manner. She was just instantly very dismissive. She wasn't friendly at all and definitely not good for business.

Love shopping at this Rona @Niagara Falls! They always have great deals going, prices are often significantly better than that at HD, there is a loyalty program and most importantly, their staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable, eager to share and help navigating through often tough choices. This adds a great deal to the connectedness level, this store just feels like a family next door, they are a part of the community for real. In this regard, I'd like to call out Shannon, their associate, who was super helpful in solving my "build a backyard paradise with a grill and a whole set of furniture." She understood the scope of my project on the fly, offered a solid advice, and most importantly, organized the labor inside the store to help get the large boxes off the high shelves super fast (this does not happen very often in other stores). All in all I was all set in 15 minutes, which could have taken an hour or more elsewhere. All of my stuff was quickly loaded into my car. Kudos and hats off to her! Highly recommend and will be shopping here every chance I get.

Went there for a specific purchase. Man in department was friendly and helpful. Made my purchase easier to complete. Happy with product after setup and charging the tool it works well.

When checking online this store says they have items available in store frustrating to drive there to find they don't have any. Someone needs to work their website so the items show not available instead of frustrating customers.

Call numerous times looking for a particular type tool thing. When somebody finally answers the phone they try to get you to the right department only for no one to answer and then you finally get disconnected

Horrible customer service. Left items behind at self checkout and called to see if my items were still there. Customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful.

Showed up for curbside pick up. Waited 30 mins and left. I left because not a single person knows what’s going on at the Niagara Falls location. I missed my lunch break and now have to return for my product. Rona has gone down hill. Not impressed

The staff at self checkout area are very selective when it comes to greeting at customers. It seems to me they would purposely look away when you trying to get some help. Never have I experienced anything like this at other hardware stores. To the store managers, please train your staff to be nicer and more helpful towards customers! (We visited store on 05/15 around 2-3pm)

This is my favorite place to shop. They always have every I need. The staff is exceptional at this location. If you need anything in plumbing ask for John. He is fantastic. He goes out of his way to help.

At 4:30 PM, I entered the store to buy only one item and needed help. There were barely any staff, most of whom looked tired and uninterested in their jobs, avoiding eye contact. Finally, I found one employee who tried to help but gave up, claiming he was not properly trained. Eventually, he directed me to someone else who made me circle around the store for a long time before giving up. When I asked if someone else could help, I was told they were on lunch. It's 6:10 PM now, and I'm tired, so I gave up and left the store. Lowe's was great, but now it's a mess here, and the staff is scrambling. There's no proper training, and they're understaffed. This experience has caused so much frustration.
