It appears that Holly Fratello should be called "Professor Jeans." Apparently with only 3 iPhone photos and a general understanding of my size, she recommended casual and night-out pants. The jeans are currently the pair I wear EVERY day and even sit around in my underwear while that pair are in the wash. (I need to get me a back-up pair ASAP)I was skeptical getting pants as a present, but if I knew in advance these were Professor Jeans' recommendations; I would have unwrapped the package even faster to put the jeans on!What if I was able to work with Holly face-to-face in the store? The possibilities!!!!Great work Holly!

Excellent customer service me and my daughter were looking for jeans and both clerks help tremendously they were so nice. Made sure we were satisfied with our purchases and also picked out a few ideas for us also I will be back

As I strolled through the Niagara Falls Outlet Mall, I had to stop here because of two reasons- I needed a belt and to see a sales associate named Kemani, and there he was! He is amazing! He remembered me and my last visit and if you ever visited someplace, it's nice to know that you're not just another shopper, but a valued customer. Really made my day.As always, I'll be back
