“I had a lot of jewelry that needed fixing, I went to a different jewelry first in Lockport, but they wanted to charge an arm and leg for one piece not to mention the "jeweler" refused to talk with me personally. Anyway, a friend told me about Firth and I took all my jewelry there. They were personable. They took their time in explaining each piece I had and how or if it could be fixed. They tagged each one in front of me, gave me prices for each one, and made sure all my info was correct. They made me feel I was the only one in the store. They took their time, and the prices were super affordable to have my favorite jewelry fixed. I also purchased a sterling silver necklace to replace a necklace, which was beyond fixing, and it didn't break the bank. I would highly recommend Firth Jewelers.”
