Great location with excellent support from the staff. My unit was clean and easily accessible (even in the winter months when snow is normally an issue).

This owner is a scammer! He ensures your apartment rental elsewhere (that he also owns) is plundered, so that you will rent his storage facilities. Then you are snared into additional costs only to discover that if you do not subscribe to his additional "Storage Insurance," your unit will surely meet a "break-in." Keep away from this well-connected scoundrel!

This place just stole a months rent from some students... when the contract was discussed they informed them of the length of stay needed. when the rental period was over they kept the deposit because no written termination was given.. shady operation don't trust !

you say your units are secure yet there are no cameras no lock gates nothing that would had people from breaking as they did my unit. I was informed in June no lock on my unit. I was told ot looked messy but seemed ok. I had to leave North Carolina for Niagara Falls because my father was very sick. I collected everything out of my apartment and moved up to Niagara Falls and my dad's house needed storage and chose Jeffs attic for my storage this was in August of 2014. In June of 20 19 I received a phone call that my lock was not on my locker. I asked if everything was okay in my unit because it had been so full there was nothing more that you could put into it. I was told it looked a little messed up and they put a lock back on it for me I came back this October and the first thing I went to is to my locker when I opened it there was nothing left inside but some broken glass in a few pieces of furniture that were broken. I don't know what makes people think I would leave garbage for 5 years and in the storage room and pay $100 a month to keep garbage.As for the locks they can be cut off my daughter overseas four storage facilities in North Carolina and they cut off locks off storage units when they have to be taken off. Jeffs attic has no security at all they say it's secure but it's not. There are no Gates that lock so that you need a code or a key to get into the area there are no cameras there are nothing but a light and this is what they considered secure. On November 26th one of the staff called me because the payment hadn't come out yet and I told her that I had canceled my unit October and they cancel the auto-pay that same day. However this girl did not know what happened to my locker until I explained it all to her that everything out of my locker was gone from my frigerator to my stove to everything from my parents house when they passed away I have absolutely nothing left and I don't think it's fair that I should be penalized for this by not getting some kind of compensation for what is not my fault. Anybody can walk in their place and anybody can rob it whenever they want to because there is no security and I feel it's not fair that I've lost everything everything that I've had and some very valuable things that I'm sure these people are going to really enjoy that took it and I can't be compensated in some way I'm not asking for a lot I'm not asking for the total value which would have been quite a bit however I think something should be offered to me at least I didn't even get an I'm sorry I don't get it. I've been emailing them and I get no response at all this lady was supposed to call me back that have called me and told me she was going to talk to the owner because this has happened before and she says I warned him about this and this is her words because of the security problem in that place. The only camera that's on is on a garbage dumpster in the back of the storage areas . I made payments on time for 5 years never missed a payment always paid it on time even when there was a holiday the payments were late I called to make sure that that payment was going to come out which it did I think I was I think I'm being treated quite unfairly right now and I would not I would not ever ever tell anybody to use Jeffs attic there's no security in the place and I think I've been treated horribly for a customer that that's been with them for 5 years. I am considering calling legal advise

Made a reservation online, ten days in advance. When I got there I was told that it was made thru a third party, sorry, they do not have anything. Not a care in the world, that I now only have a day to find a new facility.

Disgusting! Worst experience ever! Everything of value was stolen and the thieves took their time. It is horrible to pay for safe and secure storage and lose everything. Do not store anything at Jeff's Attic- a total waste of time and money. (PS: zero stars was not an option!)
