Great place to buy quality and stylish children's clothing. The selection isn't very large, the prices are higher than those in the larger children's clothing stores, but the items of clothing here are very high quality and stylish. We like to come here and buy our grandson clothing items for when our daughter wants to dress him up. I don't think this would be the place I would shop for his everyday clothing as the prices compared to how long it will fit him or the abuse he would put the items through doesn't seem to be worth it. We will though continue to buy him and his soon arriving brother, clothing here for when his parents or us are taking him out.

The other reviews about poor customer service were 100% spot on. I bought two pairs of tights and the “sales associate” forgot to put one in my bag. They refuse to help me out in anyway and said the only way I can get them is if I drive back there. I live 45 minutes away, so I have to drive there, waste my time and gas to fix and error their ASSOCIATE made. They won’t even refund me. Terrible customer service.

Love the clothing but customer service at this location was very poor. Majority of my daughters church dresses/ outfits are from this store but we were treated so poorly. I definitely recommend there clothing but do Not go to this location at the Niagara Falls Factory Outlet on Military. Your representatives at the cash should know to treat EVERY CUSTOMER equally.

Unfortunately will not be ordering online from this retailer ever again to Canada. I love their clothes and recently bought $500USD worth of clothing for my son and daughter which totalled 25 items. I was charged up the WAZOO in duty to the tune of a mind boggling $250 dollars! Their courier that they use is FedEx and they charged 3.50 for every item of clothing over 3 items in addition to duty as well which totaled $250 dollars! Totally negates any sale no matter how cute the clothes are. Too bad for all Canadian shoppers, we are always getting screwed. Now I have to figure out how ship everything back which is another giant headache because FedEx is saying talk to the retailer and the retailer is saying talk to FedEx - as usual everyone is talking through their rears.
