While having his taxes ton by Kristin at H&R Block on Pine Ave by Kristin my daughter who suffers from mental illnesses and hidden physical issues was insulted and humiliated by Kristin. Kristin proceeded to ask her loudly why she was on disability. Kristin then told her she didn’t look like she had a disability. Next Kristin stated that she must be “one of those people” insinuating that my daughter was abusing the system m. Why would H& R Block have a person like this working in the public. Apparently Kristin is perfect. She’s never had to deal with mental health issues. This woman has no class. She has no idea at the damage being done to a fragile person and doesn’t care. My daughter left there in tears.

HnR is a life hack they take your money to process your return, even after irs holds your refund. They will not help you.. i told them about my situation and they had me handle the problem instead of them. I did my returns early February im still waiting for my refund. At the end its best to just do your own taxes

Ive been going too h&r for yearssss and today i went in and had a wonderful woman named karen peterson do my taxes and she made the experience so much better!! She genuinly seemed too care about helping do my taxes and was smiling the whole time. Its people with that beautiful energy that keep me coming back too you guys !!!! 5 stars keep up the good work
