“tractor supply company in Niagara Falls provided very great service for me. They also had some good sales on pit boss, barbecue grills which I found was very interesting. The other thing that I found was interesting was the fact that they allow you to bring your dog there and wash them so if you have a stinky dog, please bring them to tractor supply. It cost about $10 and they provide all the soap and water you need. Ask for Bobby he really likes to help his customers.”

“Yesterday there was a lady who was very helpful who even went out of her way to help me and even called over to the st Catherine store but who ever she was talking to they lied to her because when I got there they refused to do what I was hoping they would do which was separate a 3 pice garden tools made by fiskars even tho they said they would but thank you for all your help yesterday I did end up getting the help and what I needed in the hamilton store thank you so much for taking the time to help me”

They always have great deals going, prices are often significantly better than that at HD, there is a loyalty program and most importantly, their staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable, eager to share and help navigating through often tough choices. This adds a great deal to the connectedness level, this store just feels like a family next door, they are a part of the community for real. In this regard, I'd like to call out Shannon, their associate, who was super helpful in solving my "build a backyard paradise with a grill and a whole set of furniture." She understood the scope of my project on the fly, offered a solid advice, and most importantly, organized the labor inside the store to help get the large boxes off the high shelves super fast (this does not happen very often in other stores). All in all I was all set in 15 minutes, which could have taken an hour or more elsewhere. All of my stuff was quickly loaded into my car. Kudos and hats off to her! Highly recommend and will be shopping here every chance I get.”
