Drove 7 hours from home to get to the holiday inn for them to tell me that I couldn’t use my moms credit card to pay for the deposit on my ALREADY PAID FOR ROOM, due to an issue with my card. I also wasn’t impressed with the dirty entry way and the very very slick and icy parking lot that myself or one of my family member could have fallen on. We will NEVER be staying at another holiday inn as long as I live.
This was a terrible experience.

Rooms were in terrible shape! Tub wouldn’t drain, things falling apart, heating/ AC not working properly.
The staff however were amazing! We stayed for 3 nights as a hockey team and cannot say enough good things about everyone working there, fantastic service! So accommodating and went above and beyond!

Got upgraded to a Kings Suite! The back of the Niagara falls was visible from the room. Complementary dine in breakfast was served for 2 people.

The shower tub was not draining. The water was overflowing. The next morning the same water in the bath tub is not draining. NOT recommended for family with children.

Price was right but this hotel is in serious need of upgrades. Can't recommend. Picture is of door jam.

Great value. Staff was welcoming and very informative. Literally walking distance ro the viewing park or even the border crossing. Can see the fireworks from the hotel.
Rooms: Very clean. Spacious, great mattress and pillows.
Nearby activities: Restaurant and kids arcade on the premises. Other restaurants are within a block or two. Niagra park state park is a 5min walk from hotel. Border is about 15 min walk.
Safety: No issues with parking or in hotel
Walkability: Very friendly and safe walking in parks and restaurants.
Food and drinks: Hotel sells food and you can get just about anything delivered.

When booking a room, you chose to include breakfast and parking lot, so you chose a more expensive and comfortable room to live in. How did you know that when you check in, you have to pay extra for everything?

Best location, close to the state park entry (Goat island and three sisters islands side) but also not far from the main entry with welcome center like 10 min walk.
No free breakfast, but provide coffee and tea station.
Room was clean, comfy bed and pillows, we love the LED light mirror in a bathroom.

3D2N stay at holiday inn is pleasant. Convenient location to Niagara Falls (just a short walk) and visitor center.
You probably need to pay additional fee for your parking as it is somehow not included in your reservation.
For food, to restaurants, reachable shops are touristy so expect a pricier food and just hopefully edible to your taste (i made some post to shops i dropped by).
Nearby activities: Niagara Falls
Walkability: Short walk to state park
Noteworthy details: Parking is pretty full even though you have to pay.

This Holiday Inn is really close to all your needs at Niagara Falls. Too bad the service didn’t live up to the hype. Our room was never cleaned on our first day. We were out and about by 9:30 AM. The room on the 7th floor had an excellent view of the falls, and the Canadian night life. The Hotel itself really needs a makeover. See photos below of the ceiling & trim from the bathroom door. Overall I think this establishment could benefit from some remodeling. Be advised that they charge you for parking when you arrive.
Nearby activities: Close to the Niagara state park
Walkability: Walker friendly. Very close to the Falls, and restaurants.
Food and drinks: Close to restaurants, and Falls

I spent two very painful nights ,because I was bitten by bedbugs, and so was my friend. So much so that my whole trip was terrible.
