Absolutely idiots. They tow my car charge me $360 for only 10 minutes away and plus $20 credit card fee dropped off the car messed up the whole bumper and was being so disrespectful stop bringing your problems to work. I don’t have to deal with that nonsense. if you Can’t do the job right leave it let someone else do it the right way. Idc who called you to pick it up. Officer called you because I let him. He’s like the officer called him not me. Why does it make different I’m the one who’s paying you.SMH

During the last "ice storm" my son's car spun out , hoped a curb and hit a wall . cracked the whole front bumper and side panel . Went to Granto's with no appt.Mr. Granto ( Pete) came out checked out the car went on his computer , instructed me on what to tell my insurance and asked me to come back on Monday .He estimated my car would take a full week to repair ,4 days later the call that all was finished and all my insurance paper work was completed and we even saved a small sum of money that was originally mentioned . No hassle , no stress and a saving from original estimate .... Thank you Mr. Granto

Ignorant. Friend had their car there and I was helping them get it out while they were working. First I called to inquire about their hours and the response was "Who is this"?. That caught me off guard especially coming from a business. Told them the car I was inquiring about. Go to the office with the persons ID for the car I was picking up and the response was "What are you to him"? Like seriously what does it matter. Then I go to pay with my debit card and I'm told "We only take Visa if it is over $500". The purchase was for $400 and they declined to accept my mastercard despite me even having my photo ID. Anywhere esle would have probably made me pay a fee but they declined my payment all together. Had to then leave the shop and go to the bank just to return with 4 $100 bills which surprisingly they took without issue. All this for a car that wasn't even mine to begin with. I wanted to say something to the guy but instead of telling how I felt just tried to keep my composure and not let their ignorance reflect on my behavior. Never would go there again for any reason.
